Veneers are thin layers of porcelain that are placed over damaged, stained, or teeth with gaps to provide and enhance the cosmetics of a smile. The thin layer of porcelain is securely bonded to the front of your teeth. Placing white veneers requires little to no anesthesia and can help create a beautiful white smile. Porcelain veneers enhance the appearance, size, color, and shape of your tooth. Porcelain veneers can also create an even, symmetrical smile that compliments your facial features.

The diagnostic wax-up is often the most important tool for selling treatment, case presentation, and case planning. At the B1 Dental Laboratory we have a group of highly skilled technicians who are able to create detailed, fully functional diagnostic wax ups that you can use to assure function and esthetics for your case. The unrivaled communication that the diagnostic wax-up is able to provide dramatically increases case acceptance. In this technique, the dental lab removes the desired amount of tooth structure from the preoperative model and the restoration is waxed onto the patient’s prepped teeth. Along with a diagnostic wax-up it is also suggested to request a lab putty to place over the wax up to mimic the exact contour /shape of the teeth for temporaries to be fabricated.
PFM crowns strike the perfect balance between the strength of a full-cast crown and the esthetics of an all ceramic. B1 Dental Laboratory fabricates our PFMs with incredible precision and detail-oriented accuracy, creating a well-fitting substructure with a wonderfully esthetic porcelain overlay.
Gold dental crowns are made fully out of metal. They’re chosen for their superior strength, since they’re 100% metal. Gold alloy crowns also offer the best longevity: The chance of any repair or replacement is almost zero. However, the main disadvantage is the color: It doesn’t look natural at all. Therefore, it’s best for anterior teeth, where they are less visible. It’s also important to make sure that you do not have a metal allergy, but beyond that there are few drawbacks. Gold alloy crowns are ideal for patients who need work in the back of their mouth and want the most long lasting dental crown possible. Also, I great option for people who like the look.
